Have you ever tried EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for anxiety?
Nick Ortner of The Tapping Solution shares a simple yet powerful, introductory, three-minute EFT tapping technique you can do anywhere to instantly reduce stress and even stop a panic attack.
The beauty of this short process is that it gently forces you to take a brief luxurious pause from the nonstop rumination and chatter of the mind, allowing you to experience the calming, healing, expansiveness of the present moment.
"I came across Nick on Russell's podcast. I could cry thinking about how it is helping me. c-PTSD severe for years and this is the first thing that has ever helped me. I can’t thank Nick and Russell enough. Instead of wanting to reach for a substance that could cover and disengage my pain, depression, emotional pain, anger I reach for a device and go to YouTube and use this several times a day. Thank you 🙏 so much 🙏♥️💯" -Video Commenter
